Stephanie and Marc have been working hard on getting the house ready for sale. We fixed a lot of things that should have been fixed a few years ago but in the end, everything looked great! The house was put on sale on Friday May 2. By Tuesday, we had an offer. We countered the offer and it was accepted. By Monday the next week, we had our inspection and it passed with flying colors! What a relief! We have to move out on June 20! We've got a month to pack everything.
We have been doing a lot of things to get ready for Morocco. We have a place to stay and we bought the owners furniture. We also have bought a car. We are a little nervous about paying so much money for something we haven't even seen. Yikes! Life is moving very fast!
