Stephanie and I went with 5 other teachers to Fes and took a cooking class. It was a lot of fun. We cooked lots of food! We stayed in a very nice Riad and had the whole place to ourselves. We took a tour of the town (for us this was the second time) and then met up with the chef at the vegetable market. We bought all the food and then that night we cooked a very nice meal. Probably the best Moroccan food we've had since we arrived.
