This was the first time for Marc to have Thanksgiving off and then go back to work the next day. There are plenty of other holidays so not the biggest deal. Thanksgiving was supposed to be at our house but Stephanie wasn't feeling very good, so we changed the location to across the street at Alan and Jane Shepard's house. We moved the furniture and plates from our house to theirs. We cooked a few chickens (the person who was to bring the turkey didn't come) and an apple pie. There were ten of us (Americans, Brits, and Canadians) and had lots of food (stuffing, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie) and good fun. Alan, Jane, Stephanie, Marc, Steven, Jeri, Kathleen, Dan, Emma, and Hanna. Afterwards, Alan (piano), Marc (trumpet) and Dan (base guitar) played music together.

Hi Marc,
I did not know you played Trumpet! Priscilla chose her 4th grade instrument as Trumpet. She has participated in school concert playing few Christmas songs.
Maybe someday you two will play together ;-))
