On November 22, we went on a day trip to Sidi Lac which is a bird preserve that is next to Kenitra about 45 minutes from Rabat. It was nice to get out of the city and enjoy being in a forest. Good place for a picnic. Lots of birds. It is famous for being a place for Marble Ducks as well as others. We've read December and January is the time to see the birds in Morocco (the migrate north during the warmer months). For lunch we went to Plage Mehdiya and a great fish fry. This is a nice place to go to the beach and grab a bite to eat.

What were you eating?? Batter fried ???? The pictures made it look very relaxing.
